It may have came as a shocker to those who watch ‘A Double Shot at Love’ when bisexual twins Rikki & Vikki, better known as the ‘Ikki Twins’ wrapped up their second episode breaking the tragic news of their previous contestant Kandice Hutchison. They ended the episode with this:
Rikki: On Oct. 21st, Kandice was involved in a tragic car accident.
Vikki: She touched the lives of so many people, including ours and we’re honored to have known her.
After that, they flashed a picture of Kandice with the title “In Memory of Kandice Hutchison.” Just before the end of the episode, they had just eliminated Kandice. She exited the show with her mascara running and saying these final words, ”I have so much to offer. I have a good heart. It’s there. It’s so big. Maybe it’s a little bit hidden.” MTV had decided to cut out the parts that made Kandice seem a little out there. They wanted to take her down a notch in respect for her family, but her mother spoke out saying that, that was how Kandice was and that is how they want to remember her.
