Britney Spears rocks her comeback performance at the German Award Show, her first live performance since her embarrassing turn at the VMA’s. ”Britney looked a little nervous,” said an onlooker. “[But] she had the audience excited.”
I think in time, Britney will be just as great as she once was!

Britney Spears son hospitalized.

Britney Spears took a trip home to Louisiana with her two sons for the first time since she lost custody of them and unfortunately the trip took an unexpected turn. Her 2 year old son, Jayden James Federline was rushed to a Kentwood Hospital on Sunday at 1:30 pm. The toddler is not in any danger, a source tells PEOPLE. Jayden was taken to the hospital after suffering from a severe allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy, and irritable. The cause of the allergic reaction is unsure. Monday afternoon, Spears’s team posted this statement on her Web site: “Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”

Britney Spears has finally revealed her new CD cover along with her next single, “Circus.” ”The song is an up-tempo track,” says the 26-year-old pop singer’s official Web site. “It’s gonna be absolutely crazy! “
The CD arrives in stores December 2nd.
