The Hannah Montana star is reportedly discussing emancipation with her attorney after butting heads with her parents, Billy Ray and Trish, over her 20-year old boyfriend Justin Gaston. She is looking into legal emancipation so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions. Insiders say that Billy Ray is having reservations about her boyfriend, “He also thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” It was said that Miley was brought to tears after her parents had asked her to stop seeing Justin. “She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin.
