The rockin’ couple have a new gig, a guest spot on CSI: NY! ”Ashlee will be playing ‘Lia Wickfield’ and Pete will be playing ‘Chester Bryon’. They are a ‘Bonnie and Clyde’-like couple,” a source tells PEOPLE. Ashlee is set to begin filming her scenes Friday (yesterday) and Pete is scheduled to start filming sometime next week.

Rumors have been flying around the rumor mill that Miley Cyrus wants a tattoo and not just any tattoo, a tattoo with her boyfriend Justin Gaston’s initials. It’s been said on several different sites, including Myspace, that she has a design drawn up of a heart and the initials of her underwear model boyfriend. The only problem with her getting a tattoo is that she is only 16 years old, which means that she will have to get permission from both her parents.
I think that Miley is insane if she is really thinking about this, her boyfriend is 21 and she is 16. If she decides to get this tattoo and they don’t last forever, she’ll definitely regret it!

I may be a little or a lot late when I say this, but that’s ok with me. I was watching MTV today and you know how after every show while the credits are rolling, they show new music by an artist? Well I saw Miley performing her new song “Fly on the Wall” and it was my first time hearing it. I thought this song was on a whole other level. It wasn’t all bubbly like her old songs and she wasn’t talking about the 7 Things she hates about Nick Jonas.
I’ve never been a big fan of Miley, but I really like this song.

I don’t normally do this on the blog, but I felt it was completely necessary to recommend a movie I recently saw! My boyfriend and I went out to see Marley & Me which starred plenty of dogs, Jennifer Aniston, and Owen Wilson. I was a bit skeptical about the movie, because it was about a dog but in the end it was all worth it. It was great, filled with humor, happiness, and sadness. It’s so great, I’m tempted to get the book by John Grogan, the owner of the real Marley! So if you haven’t seen it yet, I definitely say grab a friends, best friend, or loved one and take them to see it! It’s great.

Jett Travolta, the 16 year old son of popular stars John Travolta and Kelly Preston, died Janurary 2nd. He has suffered from a seizure in the family’s vacation home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island. The teen had hit his head on the bathtub Friday morning and was dead at Rand Memorial Hospital, police spokeswoman Loretta Mackey told the Associated Press. According to police, a caretaker had found Jett unconscious in the bathroom around 10 a.m. An autopsy is being pursued to determine the exact cause of death. Preston told Montel Williams in an interview back in 2003 that when Jett was 2 he became, ”very, very ill, but it seemed like flu symptoms” before being diagnosed with Kawasaki disease. The condition, which usually affects children from ages 2 to 5, can cause inflammation of the arteries. Usually treatable, it can lead to lasting heart damage in rare cases. She had also said that he has suffered from asthma due to household cleaners and fertilizers. In 1994, John Travolta told PEOPLE how much he loved fatherhood, ”I can’t imagine what life would be like without Jett,” he said. “After he was born and cleaned up, I held him for hours while Kelly slept. When they came to take him away for various tests, I said, ‘No, you can’t see him today. You’ll have to do it another day.’ I went a little nutsy.”

On December 11th, a utility worker stumbled upon the remains of a small child in a plastic bag and a week later it has been confirmed that the remains found are those of Caylee Marie Anthony. ”With regret, I am here to inform you that the skeletal remains found … are those of the missing toddler Caylee Anthony,” medical examiner Dr. Jan Gervais told reporters during a 2 p.m. press conference in Orlando, Fla. The announcement came after an FBI forensic lab in Virginia matched the child’s DNA with bones discovered near her grandparents’ home. Caylee disappeared in June and her mother Casey Anthony waited five weeks to report her missing and claimed that the babysitter she had left Caylee with had abducted her. According to Gervais, “The cause of death will be listed as homicide by undetermined means.” Until further notice, her mother will be awaiting trial.

It started December 5th at NYC Marquee where a “source” tells Hot Stuff that he chatted it up with a woman and stayed up till 3:30am. ”He had some drinks and was saying he hadn’t been out in so long,” a witness says. Mark Ruffalo is speaking out about his brother and his tragic death. ”Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband,” a rep for the actor said in a statement. “The funeral service will be private.” Scott Ruffalo died a week after he was shot in the head in front of his apartment in Beverly Hills.
In remembrance of Scott, the family has created a memorial fund in his name.

She is looking into legal emancipation so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions. Insiders say that Billy Ray is having reservations about her boyfriend, “He also thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” It was said that Miley was brought to tears after her parents had asked her to stop seeing Justin. “She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin.

After accusing her best friend of hooking up with her boyfriend, Justin Bobby, Audrina Patridge claims she never called Lauren Conrad a “slut.” Audrina apologized on Monday’s episode of The Hills saying, “I feel like an idiot that I didn’t trust you. … I’m sorry on my end for what I’ve caused you and what you went through.” Of course, things on never that simple. In a new blog post, she explains more about what she calls the “Confrontation with Lauren” and defends herself against the accusations that she called Lauren a “slut” and spread rumors about her. “I just want to put it on record that never did I EVER call Lauren a ’slut,’ ‘bad friend,’ ’shady person,’ etc,” Patridge writes in the post. “I simply asked her a question and that’s how she interpreted it. I didn’t go around town running my mouth either.” Although she didn’t go around town running her mouth, she did however confide in Conrad’s enemy, Heidi Montag. “I confided in Heidi because she knows how Lauren works and when Lauren hung up on me and was acting like a child, I obviously thought the worst,” she says. “Bottom line, Justin and Lauren treating me like I wasn’t worthy of an explanation was almost worse than the rumor itself, and it only got worse the harder I tried to get a genuine answer.” Then she put the issue to rest by saying, “I am very glad this whole thing is over and this blog will be the last time I address the issue.” But before signing off, she did address things between her and Justin Bobby, “His inexcusable behavior has become somewhat expected at this point,” Patridge writes. “And I just want to say that if I were looking for a serious relationship, I would definitely be looking elsewhere!”
